I never pretend to be the master of restaurant reviews. I'll leave that up to other experts more qualified than myself. But I am a professional. I have worked in and reviewed restaurants since I was 18 years old. Food feeds my soul and tastes excite and drive me. I am passionate about cooking which may explain why I even cook for about 10,000 a year myself :)
