There is no question that this Milk & Madu restaurant is better than all the others. And I have been to them all!
I first visited in early December 2024 when the rainy season was upon us and it never really ended until I left 5 weeks later. I ate here at last four or five times in that long span and every time, it was consistently awesome food and service.
Milk & Madu is a people watching Mecca, even though most people could not give a hoot about the watchers. They are super smart, laptop life-stylers or locals that punch keys, eat way-too-healthy, or they are locals stoping by and meeting friends. Poseurs are not interesting here. Real people are.
Staff are every time full of love and joy. And if you have kids, get the free face-painting. Such a great bonus!
I'm a big coffee snob and never had a bad coffee. Having said that, I nearly 100% of the time had to ask them to make my coffee extra hot. Without this, between service zones, my coffee arrived tepid. This Milk & Madu introduced me to healthy tonics. I have not been the same since.Well done! I had many breakfast, brunch, lunch and other day starters. I rate Milk & Madu at the top.
